J.B. Wood Products is a family owned business which we started in our home part
time in 1977. After 3 years we moved to an older factory in North Attleboro, MA.
With 15 employees we outgrew it and built a new factory at the entrance of the Attleboro
Industrial Park, just 2 miles off Interstate 95. We cater to all artists. Whether
it is a simple past time, full time hobby, or career we have it all for you. We
sell our products at many fine craft stores, wholesalers, and other retailers across
the United States, Europe, Japan, and we still are expanding our horizons. If you
don't see products with our logo on them in stores, please tell them that you are
interested in us. We are sure they will look into it for you.

What are your business hours?

Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Eastern Standard Time. If we miss your call, leave a message on our voice mail.

Not at this time, everything is online.

Where can I find your products?
|

The number of stores carrying our products is changes periodically, so we can't
give an exact list. Leading craft stores throughout the U.S. and a few over seas
carry our products. Plus, you can buy direct from us.

What type of wood products do you make?

We manufacture unfinished decorative boxes, medium size plaques, home decor, small
tables, seasonal decor, and much more.

What do you do for my privacy?

Everything, and nothing depending on how you look at it. Let's start with the nothing
it's shorter. We don't sell or give any of your information to anyone. Everything
you give or tell us is between you and us; including the
contact
page, if you so choose to keep it private.
As for the everything, well, we do our best, and in doing so all information
given to us in the ordering process is given through the use of Secure Socket Layers
(SSL). Simply put the Secure Sockets Layer protocol provides data privacy, integrity,
and authentication in a point-to-point connection between a Web browser (you) and
a Web server (us).

What is your return policy?

Our products are manufactured and packaged using high standards. We have never had
a product leave our facility broken or damaged. However, if a product is damaged
during transit, simply call us. We'll work with you to get it returned for a refund
or exchange.

How do I know where my order is?
|

When you submit your order an email is immediately sent to you and our ordering
department. If you wish to contact us about your order, for tracking or questions,
use the confirmation number given. Once your order has been shipped, FedEx offers
on line tracking you may use that after it has left our facility.

How do I bookmark (add to my favorites) your site?

There are many different browsers, so we can't tell you how create bookmarks for
all browsers but we can tell you the most popular methods. In it's simplest form
you can usually try CTRL-D or CTRL-T. If that doesn't work, then you can try either
of these two methods, they should be found on the tool bar:
- Bookmarks - Add Bookmark
- Favorites - Add to Favorites

What is MDF and LDF?
|
| |
Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and Ultra Light Density Fiberboard (LDF) are made
by breaking softwoods down into individual fibers, which are then glued and pressed
together. MDF is non-warping and has a smooth finish that takes paint very well,
making it a great choice for interior projects.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is FREE on orders over $125 in the contiguous 48 United States.
Free shipping does not apply to orders over 15 lbs, wholesale orders, or orders with a Promo Code.
Regular shipping cost.
Up to 5 books and/or packets can be sent by mail in a flat rate envelope for $9.85.
Orders under $50.00 are $15.85.
Orders between $50 & $125 are $19.95.
Free Shipping on orders over $125.
NOTES:
* AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, MO, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA and Nashville TN (37211), please add $4.50 to the above figures.
* On Wholesale orders and orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the United States - shipping price is determined by the carrier
based on the weight of the package and your location. Some over-sized or heavy items will be assessed extra freight charges if they exceed weight limits,
most of these items have this notation on the listing.

What is your return policy?

If, for any reason you are not satisfied, simply report the return within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Any merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. There are no returns on used products, patterns or books. Merchandise returned
past 10 days is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns past 21 days of shipment. If it's our mistake, we'll pay the freight; if it's your mistake, the cost of freight will be deducted from your refund or credit. We do not automatically backorder anything.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
